Shipping policy
We aim to get your orders to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping practices!
When we ship
- Monday to Friday – Orders are fulfilled every weekday.
- Same-Day Fulfilment – Place your order before 12 PM, and we’ll aim to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends will go out the next working day.
UK Orders
- Tracked Shipping – All UK orders are fully tracked for peace of mind. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
- Bladed Items – If your order includes any bladed articles, please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. These items can only be received by individuals aged 18 or over.

International Orders
- Duties & Import Taxes – Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping costs for international orders. If any import fees apply, you’ll be notified, and it’s up to you to cover these costs.
- Tracking – We’ll provide a tracking link with your order so you can stay updated, including information about any customs duties.

- Delivery Times – Please remember that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location, any holidays, or unexpected delays.
- Address Accuracy – Double-check your address details! If anything is incorrect and the package is returned, we might need to charge an additional fee to resend it.
